Difference between the Wellbutrins?

Posted by holymama on May 10, 2004, at 18:36:49

I've started taking Wellbutrin once a day, in the AM. I've been taking it for 10 days. My question has to do with the type of wellbutrin I am taking: My doctor said it was something like "quick release" and that next Saturday when I see her she will switch me to a slower release type. I think I'm starting to notice some efefcts of the drug, but am feeling good (hyper even) for the first half of the day and as the day goes on the effects seem to taper off. I was wondering if the effects will be more constant with the 'slow release' type.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about??? :)
