I am taking Marplan. It didn't do anything until I augmented with Cytomel (T3 thyroid hormone) about 2 weeks ago. I'm starting to feel better, but I still get anxious.I don't have very many side effects. Some sexual problems but I'm taking several other drugs, too. I had lots of dizziness at 50 mg. so I dropped down to 40. My blood pressure was getting extremely low. The strangest SE is that I fart all the time.
