I don't have much of a recommendation other than to agree with Jasmine that it really comes down to what you can tolerate. For myself, I would probably follow something along the lines of her schedule, as judging from my Effexor experiences, I seem to be able to tolerate withdrawal symptoms pretty well, but you appear to be more sensitive. With Nardil, there is the additional GABA/anxiety aspect on top of any serotonin related withdrawal symptoms, and indeed, this may actually be the major issue associated with withdrawing from the med.

I wanted to add that I sympathize with your hypotension problems. I am on 90 mg/day Nardil, and my BP and heart rate have dropped so much that it has made it significantly more difficult for me to exercise. I'm also coming close to blacking out sometimes after climbing stairs or just standing up and walking, and this for someone who has essential hypertension. One benefit has been that I have been able to dump my BP med, anyway.
