First I want to thank you for answering my post about how long to keep medication before discarding them. But I have a question for you. Well here is my problem! I have a couple of bottles of Klonopin left over from previous refills. The experation dates on the pharmacy bottles say they are about to expire in a couple of months. I want to save them and use them because I am on a tight budget and it takes all I can to buy my meds every month
You mentioned in response to my earlier post that putting them in the freezer may help preserve their potency (should I put them in the freezer or refigerator). You also mentioned that wraping the bottle in cling wrap would help. What is your opinion on what I should do.
Thanks so much for answering my previous post and thanks in advance if you answer this post. By the way I think your answers and info are GREAT.
