Thanks for the advice guys. It's true. It could be that depression IS the cause of sleeping too much and something like a more potent antidepressant might help me sleep less.
However, I used to take Remeron for like 3 weeks and I was sleeping 20+ hours a day (during vacation time). I look at it as a super sleeping pill. It made me so dizzy, I could not stand up and I could barely talk to people. I agree it helped with depression alot. But one thing I learned is that all these drugs affect people differently.
I see Provigil as a possible option.
