Panic Attack after orgasm

When I have been, *ahem*, masturbating lately, I feel pretty sick afterwards. I get really lightheaded, dizzy, and feel weak. Today, it seemed worse than usual because my heart was racing and I got a tension headache. Basically, it felt like a panic attack. Has this ever happened to anyone? I'm assuming it is med related because this has never happened prior to the last three weeks, when I came completely off my Paxil. Not surprisingly, my orgasms have definitely been more intense but, still, I'm a little concerned. I guess I'll have to deal with the embarrassment of telling my doctor.
