I guess the best that can be said is that there definitely are people who respond to Parnate who do not respond to Nardil. The reverse is also true. In fact, a doctor once described to me that one of his patients needed to be switched back and forth between the two drugs to maintain a remission. I'm afraid it still comes down to trial-and-error. I think it's worth a shot if nothing else is hitting the target.
