celextolex, what dose of propranolol do you take? i take propranolol to counteract the lithium tremors i get. i take 10mg three times a day, and i don't get any antianxiety effect. i still have to take xanax four times a day. i would love it if i could cut back on the xanax. so please let me know what dose you take!
