Hi Jaynee (and you other panic w/o the panic veterans)
Get your thyroid checked; often times one (panic) could bemistaken for the other (thyroid disease). Fortunately, both can be treated w/ medicine, and for the panic, try finding a doctor that specializes in GAD, or panic disorders.
