HELP! So Dizzy and Nausea after AD's

Does anyone know how to stop the nausea and dizziness. I withdrew from zoloft over three months after five years on it then was on remeron for a year and withdrew from that too over a few months also so I tapered well. But I'm so sick!
I'm constantly ill- off balance, nausea, dizziness... I just dont know what to do or how to fix it. When will it stop? Someone please shed some light. Does anyone have any home remedies???
