Lynne, I have been given lithium which has been amazing at pulling me out of a depression/Mixed State. I am so grateful to have my life back, but I am privately, secretly distressed at my physical shape. Vanity, health reasons....nevermind. Keep the faith. Some people have no weight problem and hold onto that. Thanks for writing.
