Tonight it's present in pretty much my whole body along with some numbness in my hands and forearms. I know paresthesia can be a side effect of Lexapro, but this seems extreme. Most people mention tingling hands or scalp, but not their whole body, especially at this low a dose. Has anyone else experienced severe and extensive paresthesia with Lexapro - or any other SSRI for that matter? And if you did, how did you determine it wasn't something else such as pinched nerve, brain tumor or multiple sclerosis?

Worst I have had is very numb forearms from Effexor, but it passed.
