Hi Bipolarspectrum,

Try taking Clonazepam short-term until your body adjusts to the Wellbutrin. Keep in mind that most prescription sleeping meds (Sonata being an example) are not meant to be taken long term.

Lorazepam might be one to try. You could also use Tylenol PM. Benedryl seems to help some people sleep. Trazedone works well for some people, but don't stop taking it cold turkey...the withdrawl symptoms are very unpleasant.
