I'm sorry to say that I never did find a way to not gain weight when on ssris. I could never figure out if it was the med or me eating a lot more. But I do know that while on paxil, I ate a lot more, but I was still a gym rat.
Maybe adding wellbutrin could help...
Surely adding a stimulant would help if you can stand it and/or if your doc would prescribe it.Good Luck,.
