I take both, but wellbutrin is not usually known for lowering anxiety. i think for me, it makes me slightly more jumpy, so i need benzos to balance out the activating effects. i think it's worth it for the extra energy wellbutrin provides, but i guess it's a very individual thing. good luck, cb
