I find that it seems to make me a little sleepy too. No nervousness at all. It is possible that I have adult ADD, and I know this med is sometimes prescribed for that. I wonder If it has the opoosite effect on people that have this. The stimulant in Ritalin is supposed to work this way.
Just a theory.
