Maybe no permanent damage. What about temporary damage to your health, and maybe to others close to you? If you end up in the ER, does that count as no damage, no cost?

Wouldn't you be more proud of yourself for doing something productive which benefits you? Don't hurt yourself for no reason! Think of a challenge you will get something out of, other than a "record". If you have that much mental endurance, run an ultramarathon or something.
