> You paid WAY too much for your Botox injections...how many did you get? Typically they run in the hundreds of $$ range (at least in Florida and Washington)....anyway...I hope they help :) I use a beta-blocker for excessive sweating (amoung other things) and it seems to work just fine.

I don't get sweaty without my Desoxyn, or my Xyrem (either one alone will cause it).

I've heard someone paying $1000 for theirs, but mine was $1500... during the consult, the doc said he'd give me 20 shots per underarm, but when I went in, the nurse said 35 were ordered. And the doc that applied it for me said, "yeah, 35's a lot" when I asked about it.

But this doc's great, he's a big name in using botox for hyperhydrosis, and it's right next to my college, and the city my college is in is a rich suburb in Massachusetts. So it's likely less elsewhere, but it's good to know they gave me so much, because Desoxyn at the doses I take for narcolepsy have me sweating terribly. It's $1500, "or $750 per arm," the doc said, and that was when he was saying I'd get 20 shots... so he didn't charge any more anyhow.
