Dysautonomia caused by Bipolar Disorder??!!

I'm told that I have developed "dysautonomia" caused by severely destabilized bipolar disorder. My physical symptoms are rather severe (low blood pressure, pain, breathing problems, passing out, problems walking, hypersensitivity to meds, etc.) Three years ago I was athletic and very healthy.

Has anyone else run into this?!
