gloves? strange.. I always used to have more problems with cold feet.

probably, I think the l-isomer acts more peripherally, makes you wonder why adderall was ever invented in the first place? Maybe the l-isomer has a longer half-life.. anyhow.. why not convince your pdoc to switch you over to d-amp?
