My new PDOC recently surprised me by recommending Ritalin to augment Lexapro, to help with excessive sleep and low focus and motivation. I had always heard of Ritalin in connection with kids and Attention deficit disorder. Any adults taking Ritalin under similiar circumstances as mine? - would very much want to hear experiences. (I'm an ex-MAO user with a seeming worsening fear of people and any social/interpersonal contact, trying cognitive behavioral therapy to think differently about this and acclamate via exposure (if I ever get the courage).
