Meds:remeron 30mg, zyprexa 2.5mg, Wellbutrin 150mg, dexedrine(immediate release) 15mg / day

I have not had this problem, but I take remeron as an Anti-Depressant. Remeron is supposed to have less sexual side effects that other Anti-Depressants, I would say personally that this is true. I haven't noticed a decrease from zyprexa either but I take a low dose. Dexedrine only casues impotence for me if I take more than I'm supposed to. It could be a dose issue, or maybe just your personal chemistry. Most of the time impotence is casued by an Anti-depressant(as far as I know), I had this problem with paxil and I stopped taking it. So have fun trying to isolate the casue.

I could be completley wrong though becasue I am NOT a doctor, I would suggest discussing this issue with a doctor before trying to fix it all on your own.
