Kim: I've also had nasty anxiety attacks with Lexapro and found that 1/4 tablet of Remeron 30mg at bed time helps me relax and get a good sleep. Good luck!

As you may know, Remeron is also an antidepressant, very strong, NOT an SSRI. I can't take it at full stength because it zombifies me.
