I'm very sorry that ECT didn't work for you. I'm not knowlegable about meds. I just want to give you some emotional support. Hang in there, don't give up, you will find the right med combo eventually.
I am in a self medication state. I lowered my Topmax from 50 mg to 25 mg and added 12.5 paxil cr to my existing 1.5mg klonopin. My depression is improved a lot. ( My Pdoc wanted to stop treating me with meds and put me on ECT. I decided not do now before trying more med combos)
My new psy doc. appointment is in Feb.
