I am currently being transitioned from Effexor to Lexapro. I was on 300mg Effexor. I am now on 112.5mg Effexor and 20 mg Lexapro (had to go slowly - withdrawls). I have NEVER had such fast, positive results with an SSRI. Let us know how you are doing.
