I am currently on 80 mgs of Celexa with good results. Lesser doses did not work for me. Has your pdoc ever discussed increasing your dose of Celexa?
If Risperdal isn't working, have you considered Zyprexa? It has a potential weight gain side effect, but it really helped me with ruminative thoughts.
