I've been one Celexa for about a year now. I've taken other SSRI's including Paxil, Wellbutrin, and Prozac. I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder so I need to take more mg than other people do, and I'm very resistant to most SSRI's. Celexa has worked incredibly so far. I've had no side effects except when I go off of it for about a week. Then I get dizzy, and have bad headaches. Out of the four SSRI's I've taken, only Prozac had no side effects, but Prozac did nothing for me. Personally I think Celexa is wonderful, but is definitely not for everyone.
