I'm kinda concerned about the possible side effects of both of these - every time my eye hurts I wonder...but that's part of my problems, always worrying and expecting the worst. Anyone had luck with these two or can share some experiences? I don't want to worry myself too much but I do want to be on the lookout for things...WebMD makes Topamax sound pretty intense...of course I've been on Paxil for a while, and come off it once before so I know what to expect on that, hoping the Effexor will help with that. Anyway, just looking to hear from others who've used it. Thanks
