I checked rxlist.com, and the only drug-drug interactions mentioned are for alcohol and diazepam. There's no indication that antibiotics would be a problem. If I were you, I'd get back on the Remeron as soon as possible... Going without it cold-turkey can be rough. I hope you feel better soon!
