I just added Wellbutrin XL 150 mg to my Lexapro 5mg/day, neurontin 600 mg/day, and buspar 60 mg/day. I take Klonopin on an as needed basis. (I feel like I am on a bunch of meds.)
I have noticed that my hands have a tremor. I am also more anxious. I am hoping this is temporary. I too suffer from anxiety and depression. The lexapro really had me in the bed sleeping too much and shot down my sexual ability. I am really hoping the Wellbutrin will help in both capacities. I don't have the loss of appetite like others with Wellbutrin yet. I feel very dizzy when I first take it with the Lexapro in the am.
