I've noticed and increase in my anxiety and having some break through depression. I am awaiting my preceription of the Brand name Remeron that is coming in the mail. I will let you know if I feel a difference once I am back on the regular stuff. If I were you and you can afford it, go with the brand name. I agree, generics aren't the same as the brand names and usually worth the extra cost. I was trying to see if I could save $20 per month by switching to the generic.
