I have recently quit Celexa. I was really bad-tempered and my mood was crashing up and down a bit for a few weeks. Also there were some physical withdrawals of dizziness, fatigue, palpitations and funny head jolts. But I think I'm coming thru both all aspects of withdrawal now. I'm feeling fairly calm now and haven't yelled at my husband for at least a week. I took my last pills about a month ago.
If you continue to feel bad, give it a bit of time, as eventually your brain will get used to dealing without the drug.
