My son was taking Abilify for Schz. with Lexapro for Anti Anxiety. Abilify did not let him sleep. A support group member told me she takes it in the morning and it works well for her. There should be a suitable anti-anxiety med to take in the aft/ evening to help you sleep. The choices could be made from Zoloft, Celexa, Lexapro, Klonopin etc. Ask your doctor about which would be best. Zoloft works for my son but everyone is different.
