If you check the prescribing information for Wellbutrin you will see a paragraph indicating that Wellbutrin can cause or exacerbate psychosis. (This happens because Wellbutrin raises dopamine levels in the brain.) My wife suffers from a psychotic disorder and Wellbutrin makes the paranoia much worse if she takes it without an anti-psychotic.

I'm not a psychiatrist, but what you are describing sounds a lot like a mild case of paranoid delusions, jealous type. You might want to talk to your psychiatrist about this.

BTW, has Wellbutrin reduced your appetite? I know I feel more suspicious/paranoid if I miss a meal or two!
