Got up to 60mg. The lerthargy was horrid. And it certainly did induce a depression.
I usually am not too fussed if the drug causes a paradoxical reaction in the first week (ie depression), but I was 2 weeks 4 days into Parnate.
If it shows a paradoxical reaction in the first week or so, this might even be a predictor of a good response.
But, for me, there seemed to be no end in site...I mean did you suffer paradoxical depression with Parnate, or pronounced lethargy. Maybe it's just my brain is fried!Ace.
