Couldn't sleep last night, and now it's already today. Got up to do some research on bipolar, as I can no longer deny the racing thoughts, music, snatches of conversation from television, and ... just ... general noise ... in the back of my head while trying to sleep.
My prescribing RN mentioned trying ... I believe she said ... leptilan? And I'm wondering if anyone has experience with this Rx.
Hanging on until that next appointment. Temmie.
