> Thanks everyone for the supportYes, it is the Welbutrin. No, it's not in your head. It is what is known as 'muscle rigidity', which Welbutrin can cause. I know this from experience and also my Dr. confirmed this. I don't know how common this is, but I definitely experienced pain and weakness in my knees and other joints. It did go away once I got off of it.
If it is helping you otherwise, you may want to ride it out and see if it gets better. It just may be an SE that will go away eventually. I couldn't tolerate the extreme agitation it caused in me.
