Propranolol comes in an extended release form -- brand name Inderal LA (60mg, 80mg, etc.) I find Inderal La 60mg completely prevents me from blushing....4mg of Klonopin paled in comparison to Inderal. You may find that 10 mg of Inderal is effective...
