Opioid drugs can increase extracellular serotonin levels in some areas of the brain, but I don't believe that the effect would be large enough to cause "serotonin overload" (e.g. serotonin syndrome) when they're mixed with Prozac. It's very unlikely that serotonin syndrome will occur when you mix the two.
