Yes, take it regularly..the side-effects will dissappear, buy the antianxiety effects will remain

It depends on the person, the dose you take now may be enough to alleviate your symptoms...however, many people need up to 4 or 6mg to alleviate their symptoms...and are on this dose for years...You may find the need to increase, but will most likely find a plateau dose.

I have taken both Klonopin and Nardil. I have found that there is a certain difference between the two medications...the antianxiety effects from Nardil (for me) seemed stronger than the antianxiety effects from Klonopin (probably because of the added serotonin aspect of Nardil)... because my problem was social anxiety, and major depression..

I recommend that you follow what your you psychiatrist says.

For performance/presentation anxiety, Beta-blockers (propranolol) are the best...You can add this med to both Nardil and Klonopin...however, propranolol keeps Klonopin in your system longer, and if combined with Nardil, it can exacerbate the initial hypotension you may experience when you first start taking Nardil...ask you psyciatrist what s/he thinks. I had no problems with the Nardil/Inderal combo.
