There is a new SSRI called Lexapro. It works really well for me and lots of people. Have you tried that one? How about Effexor? That is a very effective antidepressant which is not an SSRI.

SAM-e is very expensive and insurance does not cover it. I have seen some people who report benefits but not that many.
