Hi. I hope you are feeling better. As far as your question is concerned, I really think you should ask your doctor. Under ordinary circumstances, it MIGHT be OK to take the sleeping pill, but considering the fact that your blood pressure and temperature dropped so dramatically (I saw your post on PSB), I tend to think you should not take any sleeping pill tonight. Is it imperative that you sleep through the night? Do you have something scheduled for tomorrow that requires deep thought or concentration? Perhaps you will not have any trouble sleeping. In your PSB post, I believe you said that your blood pressure and temperature dropped to "dangerously" low levels, so you should definitely contact your doctor for an answer to this question.
