thyroids -please help !!!

Does anyone have experiences with thyroid augmentation ! My doc suggested in to my cocktail:

Effexor: 300 mg XR in the morning
Lithium: plasma lever is about 0.8 mmol/l
Serzone: 200 mg in the evening
Neurontin: 800 mg in the morning an evening

I pooped out now after some stable weeks. Serzone isnt any longer available in Switzerland (liver failures).

I would be very thankful for your help.
