Omega-3 fatty acids help depression. But how much they will help any one person is quite variable. Even if they do not provide observable and beneficial effects on the mood, they most certainly will have health-promoting effects. Most people eating a Westernized diet are massively deficient in omega-3 fatty acids. That is a factor in mood disorders. It is a simple factor to control, so why not shift it towards your benefit?

I'm 100% convinced that omega-3 supplements have significantly stabilized my mood, and improved my whole-body health.
