As far as cycling-yes, it definately helps with my cycling!!! It did very well for me when I was on it before at a higher dose (don't know why I went off-probably because I was feeling better-not a good idea)-and I just am now starting to take only 25mg a day. By sedating, I meant when mixed with all my other meds I take at night-I sleep ok-(I apologize for not making myself clearer) Lately I've had a disruption in my sleep due to starting Lexapro-but Lamictal does help in conjunction with my night meds for sedation. If I took it alone, like I did in the AM last time I was on it-no I was fine-couldn't tell a difference.
As far as cognition, that didn't change either, not one bit. I actually felt more clear-headed.
