Hi Jim. I have enjoyed your comments over the past few weeks. I hope I have some good advice to pass on as I wean myself off of Remeron and remain on Lexapro at the minimum therapeutic dose of 10 mg. So far (about 6 weeks), I have had no side effects from the Lexapro but I have been as jumpy as a cat on fire the past few days, which is probably due to being at the half-way point on the Remeron taper. I am also on the mood stabilizer, Lamictal, and would like to get off that, too. Does anyone have any experience with Lamictal who can advise on this?
