I agree. I feel you are making everything worse
by alternating days. This is a very powerful med
and you are shocking your body to a great degree
by doing this. If you want to have long term problems with effexor, alternating day or just stopping the meds is the way to go.

I have been on Effexor since 1995, and had to stop it sever times due to HMO snafu's. With a taper I never have the zaps or any problems.

It you are having problems withdrawing, then you are going too fast, shocking your neurology, and possibilly doing damage to your neurology.
