I agree. I feel you are making everything worse
by alternating days. This is a very powerful med
and you are shocking your body to a great degree
by doing this. If you want to have long term problems with effexor, alternating day or just stopping the meds is the way to go.I have been on Effexor since 1995, and had to stop it sever times due to HMO snafu's. With a taper I never have the zaps or any problems.
It you are having problems withdrawing, then you are going too fast, shocking your neurology, and possibilly doing damage to your neurology.
