Any Problem Cross Over Klonopin to Xanax SR ??

Is there any problem with direct cross over of these two meds.?

Current Meds.
Lamictal 300mg.
Klonopin 2mg.
Prozac 10mg.

Would like to add Concerta as well. Hypothetical DX of Bipolar II but no evidence of hypomanic episodes. Tired of being in a semi-coma for three years. Provigil did not do the trick.
