One of the first things my pdoc and my md suggested was taking the pills straigt through for 3 months (without the week off) to see if it helped level things out. Didn't make a dramatic difference, but I think my mood might have been a bit steadier. Given the risks of getting pregnant while on your meds, I personally think it would be worth it....might even help. Of course I would discuss it with your pdoc & md before doing anything.
