> Hey there, can't speak directly to your situation,as my problems (panic/anxiety) and meds (xanax xr and gabitril) are different, but stabilizing the hormonal fluctuation with birth cintrol pills might actually help. One of the first things my pdoc and my md suggested was taking the pills straigt through for 3 months (without the week off) to see if it helped level things out. Didn't make a dramatic difference, but I think my mood might have been a bit steadier. Given the risks of getting pregnant while on your meds, I personally think it would be worth it....might even help. Of course I would discuss it with your pdoc & md before doing anything.
