If it is from amphetamine to amphetamine, then no washout is needed. Dex to adderal or any other dextro-amphetamine. They all end up as amphetamine, after the first or so pass, in the body.
Otherwise, wash out time on Dex, sustained release
is about 3 days. Dex itself has a 10-24 hr half life, so give it 2 days.
